We only allow service animals onboard our trains. We ask that all guests arrive 45 minutes before departure. Once you arrive you will receive boarding instructions. If you cannot keep your original excursion date, an in-house credit will be held for a future excursion within the same calendar year as the original excursion date. You can get in-house credit within two weeks but no refunds or credits will be given for day of cancellations or missed trains.

Ticket purchases are fully refundable up to two weeks before your excursion date. Dining Class guests enjoy a 3-course meal consisting of a salad, a choice of entrée, and a signature dessert.
